Observed several stacks of to go cups at front counter exposed to potential contamination. Keep to go cups in protective plastic sleeves, or covered dispensers, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed. Staff assigned.

Observed to go container as scoop in seasoning container. Do not reuse to go containers. Provide proper durable scoop with defined handle.

Observed some accumulations of dust, flour/breading, grease, oils and/or debris on floors under equipment, walls above pass thru window, fan and vents. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. Also observed damaged sheet rock wall at mop sink. Owner indicated she has repair scheduled. Discussed option of FRP(like in hall at back door dish cart) as more durable and cleanable surface.
