Observed no sanitizer test strips in facility. CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. PIC notified to obtain strips.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed personal food items stored touching food products to be served to guests in reach-in fridge. CA: Personal items are to be stored in an area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur. COS: PIC removed personal items to lowest area of cooler.
