Observed employee drinks (Stanley and canned drink) on prep top above single service articles.
CA: Employees shall drink from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw.
COS: Employee relocated drinks to office.

Observed no paper towels at handwash sink by 3 compartment sink.
CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with drying provisions.
COS: Employee stocked paper towel dispenser.

Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed a bottle of cleaner and cleaning brushes in handwash sink by 3 compartment sink.
CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
COS: Items were removed from sink.

Observed containers of sanitizing wipes stored above food and single service items.
CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by separating them by spacing or partitioning or locating them in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles.
COS: Employee relocated sanitizing wipes.

Observed food employee with artificial nails preparing drinks with no gloves.
CA: A food employee may not wear fingernail polish or artificial fingernails when working with exposed food if they are not wearing gloves.

CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
COS: Employee removed bracelets.

Observed dumpster missing a drain plug.
CA: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place.
