Observed employee wash hands then place hands in hoodie pocket after washing hands and then place on gloves to prepare food without washing hands again. CA:PIC must ensure employees to wash hands when changing tasks COS: Employee washed hands then donned gloves

Observed raw hamburger patties loose in freezer CA: food items must be stored covered COS: Items were discarded
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed food employee take utensil to 3 compartment sink wash and rinse the item and then take it to use CA: PIC must ensure proper washing procedures are followed including wash, rinse, sanitize, then air dry COS: Employee return item to be washed properly

Regulation: 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - displaying of the inspection report (c)
Observed current inspection report not posted and old reported posted at the kitchen door. CA: PIC must ensure current inspection report is posted within 15ft of the door between 5-7 feet off the floor and where customers are get within 1ft of the report UPDATE 3/27/26: Attempted to checkback but the facility was closed at time of visit.
