Window in Room 29 was broken in several places and had a missing seal leaving it open to the elements including moisture and insects. CA: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. Room 29 shall not be used or allowed to be rented out until the window is fixed. Correct within the 2 weeks
