Observed multiple employees in the middle of food preparation while wearing bracelets and watches on their wrists. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Employees removed watches and bracelets and rewashed their hands.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(d) - handwashing signage (c)
No handwash sign in either restroom for the employees to remind them of their handwashing responsiblity. CA:A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Correct within 24 hours.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(f) - drying mops (c)
Observed multiple mops at both mop sink location stored with the wet mops directly on the floor allowing water to run across the floor. CA: After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies. COS: Mops moved to their appropriate drying location hanging over the mop sink.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Floor of the walk in cooler and dry storage area were covered in food and grease. CA: Facility shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary ton prevent and preclude the buildup of dirt and soil residues. Correct within 24 hours.
