Any food held for more than 24 hours needs to be marked with the date prepared or repackaged. Repackaged items in all cold holding areas lacked dates.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Two unlabeled bottles of chemicals located in bar area and two in the main kitchen. Bottles were labeled with the chemical inside by PIC.
