Vacuum breaker and food residue catch basin are overflowing. Water is accumulating on the floor causing a slip hazard. Have unit serviced by a professional to remedy these issues within 30 days. Add black anti slip mats to dishwasher area around the machine.

RIC located in main kitchen near fryer requires seal replacement on doors. Reach in freezer coils have accumulated ice around food products. Discard food products, move remaining items deemed safe and have unit serviced by a professional.
