Observed can of ketchup, can of chili, and can of kidney beans dented on side. Products that are held by permit holder for credit, redemption, or returned to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. C/A: pic removed items from dry storage.

Observed pans stacked wet. Equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. C/A: pic placed pans back in warewash to be washed and sanitized before air drying.
