Observed buildup inside the bulk ice machine, the coffee machine, the ice shoot on the drink machine by the drive-thru window, and around the ice cream machine. C/A: Clean all machines. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.

Observed wet nesting of clean dishes on the drying rack by the cooking station. C/A: Allow dishes to properly air dry before stacking.
