Observed cooked beef, cooked pork belly, and cheese being cold held at above 41 degrees Fahrenheit on the counter top/table. COS- food was was moved to cooler C/A: All TCS food must be cold held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit and below.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed pickles and pork stock stored on floor in walk-in-cooler. C/A: Store food 6" from floor.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(j) - hair restraints (c)
Observed employee actively preparing food without a beard restraint. C/A: Wear beard net when facial hair growth is half an inch or greater.
