Observed dishes stored clean with food debris inside. Observed green and black buildup on door of bulk ice machine. C/A: Clean. Increase cleaning frequency. Monitor dishes to ensure they are clean.

Observed employee's phone charging on top of table in kitchen. Observed employee's drink stored in reach-in-cooler. C/A: Store employees' items in a designated area away from food and food prep areas.

Observed scoops stored with the handle touching the cheese in cooler. C/A: Store scoops with the handle outside of the food product itself by placing scoop in container of water.
