Observed TCS foods being hot-held below 135F. C/A: Maintain hot-held foods at 135F or above after foods have been properly cooked to the minimum cook-to internal temperature first.

Observed fruit flies/gnats in the kitchen and on the drink machine. C/A: Consult with a licensed pest control operator to get rid of the fruit flies/gnats.
