Observed several cold-held TCS food items with temperatures above 41F. C/A: Maintain all cold-held TCS foods at 41F or below. Assess cooler function and determine best method to maintain food temperatures.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed black buildup inside the ice bins and bulk ice machine. C/A: Clean all ice bines/machine. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.

Observed the food service permit not posted. Establishment PIC has be advised to obtain permit on many occasions. C/A: Post food service permit and keep posted at all times.

Observed buildup inside the bottom of the reach-in-cooler and the walk-in-cooler. C/A: Clean all coolers. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.
