Routine
6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Observed hamburgers and cheese in reach in cooler 1 at 50 degrees F and 48 degrees F respectfully and cheese and shredded cheese in reach in cooler 2 in drawer under grill at 46 degrees F for cold holding. C/A - move items to other coolers, adjust cooler lower, and limit amount of stuff in coolers so doors either are not open constantly or are able to hold temps with doors open. COS - manager had food moved to other coolers.
