Observed bottle of simple syrup and a stirrer in ice for drink at var. C/A - do not put drinks in ice for glasses. COS - manager replaced ice.

Observed black build up in ice machine. C/A - clean more frequently to avoid build up. COS - manager cleaned ice machine.

Observed no thermometers in any of the coolers. C/A - have thermometers in all coolers.

Observed food stored on floor in kitchen. C/A - have all food stored at least 6 inches above floor.
