Clean: vacuum under beds, replace worn carpets/deep clean, clean under chair cushions. Carpets need deep cleaning, replace when carpets have burn marks. Repair/replace broken, missing a/c filters. Clean a/c filters

Replace stained mattresses, box springs, linens. Linens must be cleaned every week or more often and in between occupants (211)

Clean: carpet under beds/sweep under beds. Make sure all A/C filters present, in good repair (and clean). Repair floors at door of bathroom, floors soft/gave when stepped on. Carpets appear to be due for shampoo

Vermin proof (weatherstrip) door frames, thresholds to prevent pest entry. Observed gaps between door and door frame, bottoms of doors

Water temperature from faucets must not exceed 120F. Temperature in building 100 was 127F -129F. (Temperature to be adjusted by 9February2024)

Remove textured (popcorn) ceilings in bathrooms. Walls in bathrooms should be smooth and easily cleanable (no flat paint). Resurface tub in 302 to be smooth, easily cleanable or replace tub
