4-2B: .05(8)(a)Observed quat sanitizer in three compartment sink at 0 ppm. After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be sanitized properly. (P) Corrective Actions: The person in charged added quat sanitizer until concentration level was correct.
