The following documents were given to PIC (person in charge); 1. New rule checklist (signed) 2. FDA sesame allergy fact sheet and poster 3. updated cooking times and temperatures 4. business card PIC was coached on the new rule change. Ensure food employees do not wear any watch while prepping food and handling dishes. Ensure personal items are stored properly. PIC(person in charge) coached on approved designated places for items. Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. 4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed can opener with food debris. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) had food employee clean the can opener.
6-2: .04(6)(g)Observed an open container of hot dogs stored in a plastic Ziplock bag and ham out of package, stored in a plastic Ziplock bag kept past 7 days. Both Ziplock bags were labeled for 7/19/24. A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days, not including the time that the product is frozen. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC(person in charge) discarded the hot dogs and ham.
