Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. Ensure milk by the drive thru window is not left out. Milk shall stay 41F or below. A site visit to facility for coaching of updated food code will be conducted from now until December 31,2025. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension. 6-1A: .04(6)(f)At the beginning of the inspection, observed eggnog, whole milk, and chocolate milk that was left out on the counter by the brewing coffee machines , cold holding above 41F. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: At the beginning of the inspection, food employee placed items back into the reach-in-cooler.

Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored in a clean, dry location, where they are not exposed to splash, dust or other contamination, and at least 6 inches above the floor and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) placed the boxes of single use items 6 inches off the ground.

All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC cleaned the kitchen flooring.
