Suggested to PIC to use thongs to handle raw animal products such as shrimp, salmon, beef in the grill area. Ensure cooks are not wearing watches while handling foods. Violation will be marked accordingly. If reach-in-drawer breaker keeps going out, foods shall be iced, or covered with lids.
