Ensure back exit door is properly sealed and tight fitting to prevent insects. Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection. Suggested to PIC to add weather strip to the back exit door. Ensure proper cooling metheds are used to cool foods; Ensure proper cooling methods are used; 1. uncovered in the reach-in-cooler 2. uncovered in the reach-in-freezer 3. ice bath Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection. ***THIRD REPEAT OF CODE VIOLATION Violations Output 6-1A: .04(6)(f): COLD HOLDING. Observed cooked rice cold holding above 41F in the small reach in cooler. The small reach-in-cooler held ambient air of 42.7F. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC( person in charge) added ice to the raw pork, chopped tomatoes, and salad. 8-2B: .07(6)(l)Observed a can of Raid and a spray contianer of ortho insect repellent stored in the chemical storage areas. The ortho insect repellent and the can of Raid is for residential use only. Restricted use pesticides specified in Rule .07(6)(e)3 shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I. (P) Corrective Actions: PIC placed both items out of the facility for the owner to take home.
