Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. Facility is currently going through a change of ownership. The change of ownership has not been finalized and the business is still under the current owners name. It is unknown when the change of ownership will be finalized. Change of ownership application was given to the PIC(persons in charge). Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. 2-2D: .06(2)(g)Observed a plastic container stored in the handsink located by the chest freezers. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) removed the plastic container from the hand sink.

8-2B: .07(6)(l)Observed a can of raid, that is for residential us only, stored in the facility. A restricted use pesticide shall be applied only by an applicator certified as defined in 7 USC 136 Definitions, (e) Certified Applicator, of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or a person under the direct supervision of a certified applicator and shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC removed the can of raid to an approved location to take home.
