Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. No foods were cooked, cooled, chopped, sliced, hot held, reheated to hot hold, nor served during inspection. Both PIC (persons of charge) walked with EHS during inspection. Ensure single use containers of red hot sauce is not reused to store sauces. Gave employee health form to PIC(persons in charge) Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection.
