Routine
Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. No foods were chopped, sliced, cooked, served, cooled, nor hot held during inspection. Ensure proper cleaning methods are used to clean tables; 1. two bucket method; 1 bucket with only water and another bucket with sanitizer 2. squeeze bottle with sanitizer and disposable towel. Ensure raw burger prep cooler does not have any condensation. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection.
