Routine
Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. Ensure a CFSM (Certified food safety MANAGER) is posted into public view by next routine inspection. Violation will be marked accordingly. A list of approved CFSM sites was given to PIC. PIC was coached on new rules. Verbally coached PIC on handwashing. Violation will be marked out accordingly on next routine inspection. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. 2-2A: .03(2)(m)PIC (person in charge) was unable to provide an employee health form for herself. PIC was the only employee present at the time of inspection. Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC signed and employee health form.

2-2E: .03(6)Observed bleach disinfectant not onsite. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC went to the grocery store next door to get bleach.

12B: .03(5)(i)Observed PIC prepping drinks without proper hair restraints. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch (1/2"). (C) Corrective Actions: PIC tied up her hair and washed her hands.

12B: .03(5)(g)Observed PIC wearing a watch and bracelets while prepping drinks. Food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food (except for a plain ring such as a wedding band). (C) Corrective Actions: PIC removed the watch and bracelets and washed her hands.
