observed prepped food items in reach in cooler with no date marking. CA-place dates on all prepped food items and use/dispose of within 7 days of prep date (day 1 being prep date). COS-items were dated at time of inspection
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

observed pots used for baking purposes moved out of the way into the meat prep sink. CA-use sink only for intended purposes.
