Observed hand sink next to 3 compartment sink does not have cold water. Both faucets produce only hot water.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(e) - cooling methods (pf, c)
Observed time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food items unable to adequately cool based from prep times and functioning equipment.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed cooler unable to maintain temperatures of 41 or below. Cooler for produce reads 47F at inspection. All TCS items moved to walk in cooler and to remain there until produce cooler is maintenance.
