Observed container of food are being stored on the floor in kitchen and walk in cooler.

Observed employees use buckets of food items as seating in kitchen. Employees are not allowed to sit on buckets of food items for customers.

Observed wiping towels are not placed into sanitizer solution in between uses.

Observed construction drill is used to attach mixer for food products. Mixer should be food grade and easy to clean and sanitize.

Observed non-food contact surfaces are not clean (ex. shelves in coolers, storage shelves, exteriors of cook equipment).

Observed floors beneath equipment and along baseboards are not clean.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee personal items are improperly stored by single use cups for customers and above prep top cooler on shelf.
