RIC in back of restaurant near 3-compartment sink is not holding a temperature of 41F or below. RIC thermometer at 49F. Bologna found at 47F, hotdogs at 49F, and hamburger meat at 47F. PIC moved all food from RIC to freezer to rapidly chill to 41F or below and then placed in another RIC in the restaurant that is working properly.
