Observed hot hold temperature of sausage dog at 113 F, reheated to 165 F and placed back into hot hold.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed handwash sink with no cold water supply.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p) - using drain plugs; maintaining refuse areas (c)

Observed water damage in ceiling at dry storage, employee locker storage, and chemical room. Condensation from HVAC. Observed ice forming in walk in cooler on wall and ceiling, HVAC issues.
