Observed no sanitizer level in dishwasher and 3 compartment sink. Discontinue using dishwasher until more sanitizer is brought in. Using bleach instead of quat in sink until new shipment is brought in.

Observed hot bar with protective plastic still on unit in areas, remove.

Observed tea stains on pitcher, move trashcan away from clean dishes.

Observed grease buildup around grease container, clean.

Observed wall damage in dry storage behind can rack.
