Observed ceiling tiles damaged in need of replacing. Observed ceiling vents with black mold and dust in need of replacing or deep cleaning thoroughly. Observed light fixtures in need of cleaning from grease and mold accumulations. Strongly recommend taking care of "mold" issue on ceiling tiles, vents, and lights and checking attic area for possible mold issues.
