Observed racks with rust stains in walk in cooler at base of operation. Please clean or replace racks in the walk in cooler by 5/23/2025

Observed floor in walk in cooler at base of operation with broken tile. Observed wall with food debris at base of operation. Please fix broken tile in walk in cooler and clean walls by May 23, 2025. All physical items should be cleans and in good working order.
