Observed chair peeling in Rooms 208 and 105, observed stained curtains in Rooms 208, 105 and 201, observed spills and debris on AC vents in Room 208 and 105. All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. Manager/Owner Nic states furniture and drapes will be replaced soon per plans
