Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed mop sink area heavily cluttered with cleaning tools and in need of a good cleaning. Area was very cluttered and there were no mops hanging to be air-dried between uses.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(h) - cleaning plumbing fixtures- handsinks, urinals & toilets (c)
Observed urinal in men's restroom in need of a good cleaning and also observed sinks in men's and women's restrooms in need of re-caulking to prevent harborage of insects/pests and to make easier to deep clean.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed areas in kitchen area where walls are in need of a good cleaning (3 compartment sink area, under shelving racks, etc.) and area by ice cream cooler where coving needs to be replaced. These areas shall be made of smooth, durable, easily cleanable material and kept free of dust, dirt, and accumulations.
