Observed racks thought out the food service soiled with food debris and black substance. Please clean these racks by January 15, 2026. All racks should be cleaned to sight and touch.

Observed wet mop stored in an empty mop bucket in the back mop sink area instead of being hung up. Please hang up mop when not in use by 1/15/2026.
