4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed food debris accumulating on ceiling of microwave ovens that needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned with enough frequency to prevent build-up and contamination of food. Recommend microwaves be cleaned and sanitized "daily" to prevent buildup.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed floors under 3 compartment sink area with accumulations that need to be deep cleaned. These areas shall be clean to sight and touch, shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable and shall be put on a regular cleaning schedule.
