Observed employee drinking from an open beverage container in a food preparation area. CA: Food employees may drink from a closed beverage container subsequently stored on a non-food contact surface and separate from exposed food, clean equipment, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. COS: Drinks were disposed of.

Observed accumulations of food debris throughout the establishment including but not limited to: on top of cooking and hot holding equipment (warming pass through, fryer, fry holder), shelving below line, gaskets, and inside reach in coolers and freezer. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
