Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed buildup on all fountain drink nozzles and tea urn in the main kitchen and customer self service area. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Nozzles and tea urn were recleaned and sanitized during inspection.

Observed employees with no hair restraint and ineffective hair restraints. CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority. (Hats or hairnets; visors need hair net)
