Observed food employee handle soiled dishes and then put up clean/sanitized dishes without washing hands between switching tasks. COS: PIC had employee stop and wash hands then resanitize the dishes.

Observed food employee eat food while walking back into kitchen and start handling clean/sanitized dishes without washing hands. COS: EHS had food employee wash hands and resanitize dishes. CFSM needs to have "when to wash" training with all food employees.

Observed food service employee with long painted nails handling clean, sanitized dishes. CTM: Have all employees trained on personal cleanliness section of Food Rules and Regulations and bring into compliance.

Observed food service employee with jewelry (rings and bracelets) on hands/arms other than a plain band. CTM: Include jewelry in training and correction.
