Observed Time/Temperature Control for Safety(TCS) food (milk) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the reach in cooler near drive through window. CA: TCS foods shall maintain 41 F or below. COS: Product was discarded by PIC; PIC stated repairman would be contacted.
