Observed chicken in Ziploc bags in the reach in cooler & prep top cooler unlabeled with prep/discard date. CA The bags of chicken will need to be discarded and make sure all foods prepared in-house are required to have prep/discard dates and can only be held for seven days

Observed all food handlers in the kitchen without proper hair restraints when the inspector entered the kitchen. COS All food handlers put on hair nets.
