Observed two different sliced chicken stripes in the prep top cooler reading above 41 degrees F. COS Ice added underneath the container so that the food temperatures can be reading 41 degrees F or below until fix. CA Continue to place ice in the unit until fixed, then call health department at (912) 670-0920
12B - personal cleanliness

Observed a food handler preparing deli meats had bracelets on while working. COS The food handler took the bracelets off.
