Observed the ice machine located in the kitchen area with a mildew-like substance inside the unit. CA: The food contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean of dirt, grease or any soil accumulations. COS. The cfsm had the unit took apart and cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. The ice machine needs to be cleaned on a more frequent cleaning schedule to prevent accumulations during these hotter months.
