Observed banana pudding cups being stored in take-out cooler that was held past the disposition date. CA: All food must be incompliance with the date marking discard dates. COS: PIC had the banana pudding cups disposed.

Observed frontline prep cooler with food accumulation in the bottom of the cooler. Observed food accumulation in the food prep cooler in the main kitchen.CA: Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent accumulation of food debris. CO: EHS will recheck within 72 hours.
