Employee drinks sitting on prep tables with no lid or straw. Advised PIC to relocated to designated area and put on a lid and straw. Employees shall drink from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw so it is handled to prevent contamination of employees hands, containers, food, clean equipment, utensils and linens or unwrapped ss items. Employee drinks shall also be stored away from food and food contact areas.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean

Fan above dish pit with large amount of dust build up. Advised PIC to clean. Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
