Observed employee drink with exposed lib in food prep area. Employee personal belongs and with drinks shall be stored in a designated area away from food prep areas. Drink was removed and thrown out by employee

Observed bottle with light brown liquid stored next to Lysol cleaning bottle not labeled. Working containers with cleaning solutions shall be labeled with the products common name.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(r) - food storage, prohibited areas (c)
Observed a bucket with fries in water stored on the floor of the Walk-in cooler. Food shall be stored 6" off the floor/ground.
