Observed an employee beverage not covered and cell phone in food prep area. All personal items and employee drinks shall be stored in a designated area away from food and food prep areas.
4-2A - food stored covered
Observed food stored uncovered in the walk in cooler (raw chicken in buckets). All food shall be covered at all times to prevent contamination
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

Observed food (buckets of raw chicken) stored on the floor. All food and food items shall be stored 6 inches off the floor
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed accumulation of grease and debris under the cook/fry station. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulations.
