Observed employee drink in front prep/box area. Employee shall have designated areas for personal drinks and belongings away from food prep areas.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed no hand drying towels at the back handwash sink. All handwash sinks shall be provided with hand drying towels to ensure proper handwashing.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed precooked wings in the WIC stored uncovered. All stored food shall be covered.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(b) - wiping cloths, air drying location (c)
Observed soiled wiping cloths stored at the front handwash sink. Soiled cloths are to be stored with soiled linens. Handwash sinks are strictly for handwashing.
